Here the Wacom pressure-sensitive tablet and pen are being used with Photoshop CS5 to do very detailed correction to an image.

Here you can see the Wacom tablet in use. The pressure-sensitive surface allows the pen to be used just like a pencil or brush. In Corel Painter some very nice brush and "painterly" effects can be had using this.

Edit Station Details

My custom editing station is uses the Wacom Intuos 4 pen tablet and a Logitech G13 gamepad.  The gamepad manages and gives rapid access to the many keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphics programs.
A platform made of tempered glass is placed over the keyboard so both the tablet and gamepad can be accessed and the keys can be seen through the glass base.
